Job Description
Greeting Customers: Welcoming clients, listening to vehicle problems, and noting down symptoms.
Liaising with Mechanics: Explaining the customer's concerns to technicians and translating complex repair jargon back to the customer.
Providing Estimates: Writing down accurate cost and time estimates for parts and labor, and getting customer approval before extra work begins.
Scheduling and Workflow: Booking appointments, managing the daily service schedule, and tracking repair progress.
Handling Billing and Delivery: Explaining the final invoice, reviewing the work performed, and returning the vehicle to the customer.
