Job Description

*Conduct client visits, meetings, and regular follow-ups.

*Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.

*Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices.

*Maintain daily data and records using MS Excel.

*Track orders, payments, billing, and pending follow-ups.

*Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, installation, and service activities.

*Prepare daily/weekly reports for management.

*Maintain updated client documentation and records.

*Provide support for routine back-office and office administration activities.
