Job Description
Key Responsibilities
● Handle daily Excel-based data entry, reports, and MIS.
● Maintain and update inventory-related Excel sheets and records.
● Coordinate with the Inventory/Warehouse Team for stock-related activities.
● Assist in bill checking, tallying, and reconciliation.
● Prepare and print product barcodes and labels.
● Check stock data and identify discrepancies.
● Coordinate with Accounts, Inventory, Operations, and Store Teams as required.
● Maintain proper documentation and complete assigned back-office tasks on time.
● Maintain Barcoding Team Attendance In Excel
Required Skills
● Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
● Good knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, SUMIF/SUMIFS, filtering, and sorting.
● Good coordination and follow-up skills.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
● Good communication and basic computer skills.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
