Banking Executive

We are looking for a professional to manage Bank Guarantees and Non-Fund Based Banking activities, including coordination with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end processing of Bank Guarantees including Performance, Advance Payment, Financial, Bid/Tender and Deferred Payment Guarantees.
• Review BG applications and draft wordings for commercial, legal, and operational risks.
• Coordinate BG issuance, amendments, extensions, cancellations, and closures.
• Monitor BG expiry dates, claim periods, and auto-extension/evergreen clauses.
• Calculate and verify BG commission, issuance fees, margin and other bank charges.
• Maintain monthly BG MIS/Excel tracker for active and closed guarantees.
• Follow up with banks for refund of commission/margin on closed Bank Guarantees.
• Maintain quarterly records of Fixed/Term Deposits and non-fund-based balances.
• Obtain and reconcile quarterly balance confirmations from banks, NBFCs and financial institutions.
• Prepare BG-related commission statements and supporting documents for audit.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Banking or related field.
• Experience in Bank Guarantees, Treasury, Banking Operations or Non-Fund Based Facilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and banking documentation.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and reconciliation skills.
• Experience in SAP and EPC/Infrastructure/Oil & Gas/Construction industry will be an advantage.
