Bench Sales Recruiter

What We're Looking ForMinimum 6 months of experience in US IT Bench Sales.

• Good communication and email writing skills.
• Knowledge of marketing bench consultants to vendors and clients.
• Familiarity with the US IT Staffing process.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants to Tier-1 Vendors, Direct Clients, and Implementation Partners.
• Identify suitable job requirements and submit qualified consultants.
• Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients.
• Negotiate rates and manage the placement process.
• Maintain daily activity reports and follow up with vendors and clients.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and clients.
• Ensure timely communication and successful consultant placements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months of Bench Sales experience.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and other office applications.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
