HIRING | BPO MANAGER – US PROCESS
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Industry: Merchant Services / FinTech
Process: International Outbound Sales – Voice
Shift: US Market Hours | Evening/Night Shift
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced BPO Manager to lead and drive performance across an international outbound sales floor catering to US & European markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a team of 20–50 International Sales Executives
- Drive daily sales performance and achievement of KPIs
- Monitor call quality, productivity, conversion and adherence
- Coach, train and motivate the sales team
- Manage shift schedules, breaks and floor discipline
- Conduct daily briefings and regular performance reviews
- Handle sales escalations and support agents with complex objections
- Work closely with QA, HR & Training teams
- Drive initiatives to improve conversion and agent productivity
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for senior management
- Maintain a high-energy and performance-driven sales environment
