Summary:
In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the current operational state. This includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping comprehensive business solutions. The role requires translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and designing effective operating models. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration across departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aveva OSIsoft PI.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
- Ability to develop and present comprehensive business cases to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with diverse teams.
- Capability to guide and support the implementation of business transformation initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Aveva OSIsoft PI.
- This position is based at our AMDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
