Job Description
We are Alonza Group, a leading Manufacturer & Wholesaler of high-quality Tile adhesive & Ceramic tiles, catering to domestic and international markets.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and nurturing client relationships, and driving growth for our tiles business.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and prospect potential clients in the wholesale, construction, architecture, and design industries.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and long-term value.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, market trends, and customer needs to inform business strategies and product development efforts.
Starting from generating leads till the time goods delivered to customer, everything will be handled by Him/her.
