Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the B2B sales team of 15-20 members to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, EPC companies, and channel partners.
- Drive product sales, generate new business opportunities, and expand the customer base.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and support team members in achieving their targets.
- Handle sales planning, follow-ups, and regular performance reviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product sales.
- Experience in solar, electrical, electronics, or any other relevant product-based industry.
- Proven experience in team handling and sales team management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships.
- Any graduate with relevant sales experience.
