Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and communication-focused Career Advisor to guide candidates toward suitable career and job opportunities. The role involves understanding candidate profiles, providing career guidance, coordinating with recruitment teams, preparing candidates for interviews, and maintaining strong candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand candidates’ skills, experience, qualifications, and career goals.

Advise candidates on suitable job opportunities based on their profiles.

Review candidate resumes and suggest improvements where required.

Coordinate with recruiters to identify suitable job openings for candidates.

Assist candidates throughout the job application and recruitment process.

Prepare candidates for interviews and provide relevant interview guidance.

Follow up with candidates regarding applications, interviews, feedback, and offers.

Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with candidates.

Address candidate questions, concerns, and objections professionally.

Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS/CRM and Excel.

Track candidate progress and ensure timely follow-ups.

Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and placement-related targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Career Counseling, Recruitment, Placement, Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of recruitment and job-search processes.

Strong follow-up and relationship-management abilities.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, ATS, or CRM systems.

US Staffing / US job market experience is an advantage.
