Job Description
Company: Ahmedabad Technologies
Location: New Vasna, Ahmedabad (Near Vishala)
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and skills
Vehicle: Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory
Job Responsibilities
- Install and configure HD CCTV cameras and IP cameras.
- Install and configure DVR, NVR, hard disks and related equipment.
- Perform cable laying, wiring, crimping, termination and IO punching.
- Configure remote viewing and mobile access for CCTV systems.
- Visit customer sites for CCTV installation, maintenance and service complaints.
- Troubleshoot camera, DVR/NVR, power supply, cabling and connectivity issues.
- Diagnose faults and resolve technical problems at customer locations.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely service.
- Ensure proper installation quality, cable management and system testing.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding site visits, job completion and service status.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in CCTV installation and servicing.
- Must have practical knowledge of both HD analogue and IP CCTV systems.
- Must know DVR/NVR installation, configuration and basic troubleshooting.
- Must have knowledge of networking basics, IP addressing and LAN cabling.
- Must be capable of independently handling installation and service visits.
- Must have their own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Must be comfortable travelling to customer locations across Ahmedabad and nearby areas.
- Must be punctual, responsible and professional when dealing with customers.
