CCTV Technician

1. CCTV Technician – FresherExperience: Fresher (0–1 Year)

Salary: ₹10,000–₹30,000 per month (depending on skills)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in CCTV camera installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Support installation of DVR/NVR systems and IP cameras.
• Assist with cable laying, wiring, termination, and basic networking.
• Learn troubleshooting of CCTV cameras and recording systems.
• Visit client sites for installation, servicing, and maintenance.
• Follow instructions from senior technicians and engineers.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and site work reports.

Requirements:

• ITI, Diploma, or technical qualification preferred.
• Basic computer and networking knowledge.
• Interest in CCTV, security systems, and technical fieldwork.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Good communication skills and a learning attitude.

2. CCTV Technician – ExperiencedExperience: 1–3+ Years

Salary: ₹15,000–₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and technical skills)

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
• Handle IP cameras, analog cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and video surveillance systems.
• Perform cable laying, structured cabling, termination, and networking.
• Configure IP addresses, remote viewing, mobile applications, and camera connectivity.
• Troubleshoot camera faults, recording issues, network problems, and power supply issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, and customer service visits.
• Coordinate with the project team and ensure timely completion of site work.
• Prepare installation reports and maintain records of materials and equipment.
• Follow safety standards and company quality procedures.

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Good knowledge of IP cameras, DVR/NVR, LAN, and basic networking.
• Practical experience in wiring, cabling, and fault diagnosis.
• Knowledge of biometric systems, access control, and other ELV systems is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage site responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
