Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through live chat, email and other digital platforms.
• Resolve customer concerns with accuracy, empathy and professionalism.
• Manage multiple chat conversations while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet process performance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome; 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
