Job Description
We are looking for experienced *Customer Sales Managers (CSM) / Territory Sales Managers (TSM)* for multiple locations across India.
*Key Requirements:*
✅ Strong experience in *Affordable Housing Finance* preferred
✅ Current experience in *team handling of 25+ members* mandatory
✅ Consistent track record of earning incentives
✅ Immediate joiners / short notice period preferred
✅ Maximum age: *40 years*
❌ Candidates currently working in the *Banking sector are not preferred*
💰 *Compensation:*
* TSM – *Up to ₹14 LPA Fixed*
* CSM – *Up to ₹18 LPA Fixed*
