Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:-
  • Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
  • Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor manpower, material availability, and daily work progress.
  • Check workmanship and ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring and finishing works.
  • Maintain daily site progress and work-related records.
  • Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned engineer/HOD for timely resolution.
  • Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the site.
  • Follow project timelines and support timely completion of assigned work.
