Counter Sales Representative

Job Title: Retail Sales Counter ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Sales Counter Executive to handle customers at the sales counter, assist with product selection, process orders and payments, and maintain an organized and attractive counter.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain product features, prices, offers, and availability.
• Recommend suitable products and encourage sales.
• Prepare bills/invoices and collect cash, card, UPI, or other payments.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and basic service requests professionally.
• Maintain proper stock at the counter and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.
• Arrange and display products neatly.
• Check product prices, labels, and quantities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counter.
• Coordinate with the store/warehouse team for product availability.
• Maintain daily sales and cash records.
• Follow company policies and customer-service standards.
• Requirements10th/12th pass or equivalent; relevant retail experience is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems and digital payments.
• Basic numerical and cash-handling ability.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays when required.
