Job Description
The Call Centre Executive is responsible for providing exceptional support and service to customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience in every interaction. The candidate will be required to provide timely and effective support, share accurate and complete information, and handle customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner while following the company’s communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. The role also involves investigating and troubleshooting customer concerns to identify the most effective solutions and escalating complex issues to the concerned department or supervisor whenever required. The executive will be expected to maintain First Call Attend (TAT) standards to ensure customer issues are addressed during the first interaction whenever possible. Additionally, the candidate must consistently deliver high-quality service, adhere to scripts and escalation protocols, and maintain strong call audit and quality scores.
Candidates should be undergraduates or graduates, with freshers as well as candidates having up to 2 years of experience being eligible for the role. Strong communication skills, professionalism, proficiency in Microsoft Word, and willingness to work in rotational shifts are essential requirements. The ideal candidate should possess competencies such as being well-spoken, an active listener, adaptable, quality-oriented, a good team player, and capable of effective problem-solving.
