Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to manage service-related communication with dealers and customers and coordinate with the service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with dealers and customers
Register service complaints and dealer sales data in the CRM system
Assign servicemen and track complaint status
Coordinate with the customer care team and service staff for smooth complaint handling
Ensure complaints are resolved within the defined time frame
Conduct customer feedback calls after service completion
Maintain basic service records and spare parts usage
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to speak Hindi or Gujarati
Ability to handle customers politely and calmly
