Job Title: Customer Care Executive / Telecaller

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team at Milan Atta Chakki.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Make outbound calls for order confirmation, follow-ups, and customer support.
• Assist customers with product-related queries, usage guidance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales service.
• Maintain customer records and call reports.
• Coordinate with the sales, service, and logistics teams when required.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
• Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates can apply.

Preferred Experience: 6 months to 2 years in telecalling, customer support, or customer service.
