Job Description
We are a growing AI software company hiring Customer Support Executives to take care of our existing customers.
Your job is to help customers use our product smoothly, solve their doubts, fix basic issues, and keep them happy so they stay with us long-term. This is an in-office desk job — support over call, WhatsApp, and email (no field work).
What you'll do:
- Answer customer queries over call, WhatsApp, and email
- Help customers set up and use our platform
- Solve basic technical/product issues and guide them step by step
- Escalate bigger technical problems to the team
- Follow up and make sure the customer's problem is fully resolved
- Keep customers satisfied and reduce cancellations
Who we want:
- 6 months to 2 years experience in customer support, IT support, or a helpdesk role (freshers with great communication may apply)
- Comfortable using computers, WhatsApp, and simple software tools
- Fluent in Hindi and good spoken English
- Patient, polite, and a good problem-solver
- Fast learner with a positive attitude
