Job Title: E-commerce Sales Executive cum Customer Support

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

About the Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused E-commerce Sales Executive to join our team at Canon Quartz. In this role, you’ll connect directly with our customers, understand their needs, and help them complete their watch purchases with confidence. You’ll also handle inbound queries and make 30–40 daily follow-up calls to bottom-funnel customers—those just a step away from owning a Canon Quartz watch.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer queries across calls, WhatsApp, and emails with clarity and professionalism.
  • Engage with potential customers and help them make purchase decisions, closing sales effectively.
  • Maintain organized records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with our operations team to ensure smooth dispatches and timely deliveries.
  • Handle post-sale support and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Share feedback and insights with our marketing and growth team to improve conversion strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce sales or customer support.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Confidence, empathy, and a proactive attitude in every customer interaction.
  • Comfortable using basic CRM or Shopify tools.
  • A genuine interest in watches and lifestyle products.
