Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Technical Sales Support & Inside Sales activities.
  • Coordinate customer service calls, technical queries.
  • Handle sales enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and customer coordination.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service and Technical teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain service, sales and enquiry reports/MIS.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and follow-ups.
