Hiring: Part-Time Data Entry & MIS Executive
Company: Conductor / Transport Operations Company
Job Type: Part-Time | Work From Home
Working Schedule: 2–3 days per week, depending on workload
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable person to manage Excel data entry, attendance records, revenue reports, salary records, and other operational documents for our transport operations.
The work can be done remotely, provided all assigned sheets and reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.

Daily Reports
- Attendance Sheet with Spare Staff
- Revenue Sheet
- KM (Kilometre) Sheet
- Closed Bus Sheet
Fortnightly Reports (Every 15 Days)
- Salary Sheet with Bank Account Details
- Master Employee Sheet with Bank Account Details
Monthly Reports
- Monthly Attendance Sheet
- Deposit Sheet
- Expenses Sheet
- PF Sheet
- ESIC Final Sheet
- Bank Accounts Sheet
- New Hiring Sheet
- Employee Exit / Leaving Sheet
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Basic understanding of calculations, formulas, and data formatting
- Ability to maintain confidential employee and banking information
- Responsible, organised, and able to meet deadlines
- Previous experience in data entry, MIS reporting, payroll records, or accounts-related work is preferred
- Work ArrangementPart-time, work-from-home opportunity
- Approximately 2–3 working days per week, depending on reporting requirements
- Work will be evaluated based on accuracy, timely completion, and proper maintenance of records
