• 💼 Job ResponsibilitiesAcquire new merchants/customers in the assigned area.
• Conduct daily field visits and market activities.
• Explain products and services to merchants/customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Onboard new merchants and complete required documentation.
• Maintain good relationships with existing merchants.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with potential and existing merchants.
• Handle basic customer/merchant queries and coordinate with the concerned team.
• Maintain daily sales and field visit reports.
• ✅ Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Merchant Acquisition or a related field.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable with field work and daily market visits.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
