Delivery Boy

An Xpressbees Delivery Executive / Partner is responsible for picked up, transported, and delivered e-commerce shipments to customers within a designated local region.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting & Pickup: Collect assigned parcels, small-to-medium packages, or return-to-origin (RTO) orders daily from the local hub/warehouse.
• Door-to-Door Delivery: Deliver e-commerce shipments to residential and commercial addresses within specified timelines.
• Verification & Digital Updates: Confirm package delivery using customer OTPs, digital signatures, or real-time app status updates.
• Cash Management: Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments when applicable and submit the collected funds at the hub.
• Customer Interaction: Handle customer interactions politely during order handovers and pick-ups.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: 10th pass or below (varies by location; freshers and experienced candidates welcome).
• Assets Required: Personal two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and a smartphone (Android).
• Mandatory Documents: Valid Driving License, Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC), Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and a bank account for payouts.
• Key Skills: Basic route navigation using GPS, punctuality, and basic local language communication.
