Xpressbees Delivery Executives (Delivery Partners) are responsible for the timely pickup, transport, and last-mile delivery of e-commerce parcels, couriers, and orders directly to end-customers. XpressBeesKey ResponsibilitiesHub Sorting & Load Pickup: Collect assigned parcels from the primary hub/warehouse every morning and verify manifest details.Last-Mile Delivery: Perform door-to-door deliveries using designated navigation routes within assigned local operational areas. Vahan.aiVerification & Digital Confirmation: Verify shipments using Customer OTPs, digital signatures, or photo proofs in the delivery mobile app. Vahan.aiCash-on-Delivery (COD) & Payment Handling: Collect COD payments via cash or UPI and deposit collected amounts at the hub end-of-day.Returns & RTO Processing: Process return pickups and handle Return-to-Origin (RTO) parcels accurately back to the warehouse.Key RequirementsVehicle & License: Own Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with valid Driving License, RC (Registration Certificate), and active Insurance. Job HaiDocuments: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and a active Bank Account (for payouts). Job HaiEquipment: Android Smartphone with active internet connection for route navigation and order updates. Vahan.aiEducation & Skills: 10th Pass or 10th Fail eligible; strong local area knowledge and basic route navigation abilities.
