Job Description

HeroConn Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to manage social media, run paid ad campaigns, generate leads, create engaging content, and optimize sales funnels for multiple clients.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & Google Business Profile.
  • Plan and execute Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.
  • Generate high-quality leads and improve campaign ROI.
  • Create content calendars, social media posts, reels, and marketing videos.
  • Design creatives using Canva or Adobe tools.
  • Build and optimize landing pages and sales funnels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, etc.) to improve productivity and content quality.
