Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesDrive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Pick up and drop off employees, clients, or company representatives as required.
- Transport documents, equipment, materials, and other items safely.
- Follow traffic rules and maintain safe driving practices at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the vehicle.
- Check fuel, tyres, oil, brakes, and other basic vehicle requirements.
- Report vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance requirements immediately.
- Maintain proper records of trips, fuel, and vehicle usage.
- Ensure timely arrival at assigned destinations.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional behaviour while dealing with clients and company staff.
- Perform other driving and office-related duties as assigned.
