About the Role - We are looking for a responsible, professional, and experienced Office Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for company employees, management, visitors, and business-related requirements. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Ahmedabad and nearby areas, a valid driving licence, and a professional attitude.

• Key Responsibilities🚘 Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly for official purposes.
• Provide transportation to management, employees, clients, and visitors as required.
• Pick up and drop off employees or management at designated locations.
• Maintain good knowledge of Ahmedabad routes, highways, and nearby locations.
• Ensure timely arrival for meetings, airport transfers, business visits, and other official requirements.
• Regularly check the vehicle's fuel, tyre pressure, oil, cleanliness, and overall condition.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
• Maintain vehicle-related records, including fuel, servicing, repairs, and travel details.
• Coordinate with the Admin team for regular servicing, maintenance, insurance, and repairs.
• Follow all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and company property.
• Assist with office-related errands, document collection/delivery, bank work, courier work, and other official tasks when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct while dealing with management, employees, clients, and visitors.
• Immediately report any accident, vehicle issue, or traffic violation to the concerned authority.
• Perform other driving and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements -

• Valid Driving License.
• Minimum 2–5 years of professional driving experience, preferably as an Office/Company Driver.
• Good driving record with a strong focus on safety.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
• Punctual, reliable, disciplined, and well-mannered.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
