Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online sales channels, product listings, order processing, and marketplace operations. The candidate will help improve customer experience, increase online sales, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth e-commerce operations.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
  • Upload, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, SEO keywords).
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate stock updates.
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
  • Handle marketplace portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatches.
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports.
  • Run promotional campaigns, discounts, and banners.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
  • Ensure smooth website functionality and user experience.
