E-Commerce Manager

1.) Manage and optimize product presence across multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Jiomart, Swiggy, Shopify website).

2.) Create and maintain accurate product listings, coordinate creatives (images/videos), and ensure platform compliance.                                                        

3.) Conduct keyword research to improve product visibility and search rankings.                                                                  

4.) Process orders and coordinate inventory planning with the packaging team.

5.) Work with the accounts team on financial reports related to e-commerce channels.

6.) Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to increase revenue.

7.) Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams for e-commerce paid ad campaigns on marketplaces.

8.) Perform regular listing/content audits and share performance reports with management.

9.) Strong English writing, critical thinking, analytical skills, and MS Excel proficiency required.                                                    

10.) Establish relationship with category teams of market places and achieve growth targets on marketplaces.
