About the Job

Dr. Agravat Healthcare Limited is looking for a smart, computer-friendly and fast-learning Digital Operations Executive to handle our day-to-day online business activities.

This is NOT an AI developer or software developer position.

The main work is E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, Social Media, SEO, Website Management, Content and Daily Online Operations.

You will work closely with management and help execute the company's daily digital activities across multiple platforms.

Training and guidance will be provided for company-specific processes.

Main Responsibilities

🛒 E-Commerce & Quick Commerce

- Manage Amazon, Flipkart and other online marketplaces

- Manage Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart and other quick-commerce platforms

- Daily order checking and order processing

- Print shipping labels, invoices and coordinate dispatch

- Upload new products and listings

- Update product titles, descriptions, images, prices and inventory

- Monitor stock and marketplace dashboards

- Handle basic marketplace issues and support tickets

- Assist with offers, coupons, promotions and advertising

- Download and maintain sales/order reports

- Check listing quality and identify errors

- Coordinate marketplace onboarding and documentation

📱 Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social platforms

- Regularly publish Posts, Reels, Stories and Shorts

- Schedule social media content

- Write captions and hashtags

- Basic Reel/video editing

- Basic Canva designing

- Maintain a social media content calendar

- Upload promotional and educational content

- Respond to basic comments/messages

- Coordinate content required from doctors/team members

- Track basic social media performance

🔎 SEO & Content

- Basic SEO work for company websites

- Keyword research

- Write and upload SEO-friendly blog articles

- Update existing website content

- Optimize product and service pages

- Add meta titles and descriptions

- Internal linking and basic on-page SEO

- Assist with Google Search Console

- Update Google Business Profiles

- Upload posts, photos and business updates

- Research competitors and trending keywords

🌐 Website & IT

- Manage WordPress/WooCommerce websites

- Add and update products

- Upload banners, images, videos and blogs

- Create/update basic website pages

- Update pricing and offers

- Check websites for errors

- Basic troubleshooting

- Coordinate hosting/domain/plugin requirements when required

- Maintain company digital files and Google Drive

- Basic computer, printer and software troubleshooting

📦 Daily Digital Operations

- Process online orders

- Maintain Excel and Google Sheets

- Maintain product and inventory information

- Upload/download files and reports

- Organize product images and videos

- Maintain digital records

- Handle routine online forms and documentation

- Coordinate with courier, marketplace and service partners

- Assist management with other computer-based business work

🤖 AI Tools — Basic Usage Only

AI is not the main job.

The employee may use tools such as ChatGPT and other AI software to make everyday work faster, including:

- Writing captions

- Blog/article assistance

- Product descriptions

- Research

- Excel assistance

- SEO assistance

- Basic troubleshooting

Training can be provided.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should:

- Be very comfortable working on a computer

- Know Instagram and social media

- Have basic knowledge of e-commerce

- Know Excel or Google Sheets

- Be comfortable learning new websites and dashboards

- Have good internet research skills

- Be able to learn quickly

- Have basic English writing/typing ability

- Be organized and responsible

- Be willing to handle different types of digital work

Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, WordPress, WooCommerce, Canva, SEO or video editing will be an advantage.

Qualification

BCA, B.Com, BBA, BSc IT, Digital Marketing, Computer/IT Diploma or other graduates may apply.

Freshers with strong computer and social media skills are welcome.

We care more about practical skills, learning ability and work attitude than the degree.
