Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef – South Indian Cuisine to lead our culinary team and oversee the complete kitchen operations of our premium fine-dine South Indian restaurant.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in authentic South Indian cuisines, particularly Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh, along with the ability to create innovative and contemporary dishes while maintaining traditional flavors, quality, and presentation.
