Job Description

Company Profile: We are a leading manufacturer of Bimetallic Screws & Barrels catering to domestic and international plastic processing industries. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage export-import sales and documentation, customer quotations, proforma invoices, and coordination with internal teams and overseas customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Connecting with international clients to promote our product and supporting them in sales and after-sales services.
  • Export & Import Documentation: Prepare and manage export documentation including:
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Shipping Instructions
  • Bill of Lading coordination
  • Export declarations and related documents
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
  • Ensure compliance with export-import regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain records of export/import transactions and shipment status.
  • Sales Support & Coordination: Prepare customer quotations based on inputs from the sales team.
  • Generate and issue Proforma Invoices (PI).
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotation approvals and order confirmations.
  • Coordinate between customers, sales team, production, and dispatch departments.
  • Update order status and delivery schedules to customers.
  • Maintain customer communication records and sales documentation.
  • Order Processing: Receive and process customer purchase orders.
  • Verify order details and coordinate with production planning.
  • Monitor order execution from order receipt to final dispatch.
  • Ensure timely documentation and shipment of export orders.
  • Reporting & MIS: Maintain export and sales-related reports.
  • Prepare shipment tracking and order status reports.
  • Maintain digital and physical documentation records.


  • Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Export Documentation, Sales Coordination, or Commercial Operations.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of export-import procedures and documentation.
  • Good command of English communication (written and verbal).
