Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities (Furniture Industry)

  • Allocate work to workers and ensure production targets are achieved on time.
  • Monitor product quality, finishing, assembly, and packaging standards.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and tools.
  • Coordinate with factory manager for raw material availability.
  • Minimize material wastage and production delays.
  • Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and operational discipline.
  • Supervise daily furniture production and shop floor activities.
