Field Collections Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Collections Executive to manage delinquent customer accounts and drive timely repayments through field visits and effective customer engagement.

The role will involve handling collections across mixed financial products and achieving assigned recovery and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to customers for payment follow-ups and collections.
• Manage delinquent accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
• Handle collections across mixed products.
• Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Maintain regular communication with customers through calls and field visits.
• Understand customer concerns and negotiate suitable repayment solutions in line with company policies.
• Track PTP (Promise to Pay) commitments and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Update collection activities, customer interactions, and payment details accurately in the system.
• Identify high-risk or difficult-to-collect accounts and escalate them appropriately.
• Maintain professional conduct during customer interactions and adhere to collection policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with the collections team and reporting manager to improve portfolio performance.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in field collections.
• Prior experience handling mixed-product collections preferred.
• Good knowledge of the local geography and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with field-based work and regular customer visits.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and collection/CRM applications.
• Valid two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
