Field Sales Executive

BICASA & FLAVIO are expanding their presence across Ahmedabad, and we’re looking for energetic Field Sales Executives who can help us put our products into more shops, cafés, restaurants and businesses across the city.

🎯 YOUR MISSIONYour job is to grow our market.

You will be responsible for:

• Visiting retailers, cafés, restaurants, hotels, canteens & other outlets

• Finding new customers and opening new outlets

• Introducing BICASA & FLAVIO products to retailers

• Taking orders and generating repeat business

• Building strong relationships with shop owners

• Following up on orders and payments

• Expanding our distribution and retail network

• Reporting daily visits, orders and sales

• Achieving monthly sales & outlet-opening targets

💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month fixed + Performance incentives

Your earnings can increase with your sales performance.

We are looking for people who want to grow with the business, with opportunities for increased responsibility and compensation based on performance.

👤 WHO SHOULD APPLY?Experience: 0–2 years preferred

FMCG / beverage / dairy sales experience: Advantage

Freshers are welcome if you are confident, energetic and willing to work in the field.

We care more about your attitude and ability to sell than a fancy resume.

You should be:

Two-wheeler + valid driving licence required.

Field-based role covering assigned areas of Ahmedabad.
