Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to develop the customer base, generate sales, and build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities

Visit potential customers, including hardware and paint stores, furniture makers, interior designers, resin artists, and distributors.

Generate new leads and convert prospects into regular customers.

Maintain relationships with existing dealers and retailers to drive repeat sales.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.

Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.

Follow up with customers, collect orders, and coordinate with the backend team for dispatch.

Maintain daily visit records, lead details, and sales reports.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.

0–2 years of field sales experience. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Experience in FMCG, building materials, paints, chemicals, or hardware sales will be an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone.

Must be proficient in Gujarati and Hindi, with working knowledge of English.

Must be based in or willing to work in Ahmedabad.
