Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive for our Packaging products. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, handling clients, and achieving monthly sales targets through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and cold emailing
• Identify potential customers and build strong client relationships
• Fix and attend meetings with new clients and do regular cold visits
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers
• Do continuous follow-ups to convert leads into sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the management
• Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team for order execution
• Attend and resolve customer complaints professionally
• Maintain proper sales reports, client data, and daily activity reports
• Keep updated knowledge about paper packaging products and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Quick response time and good coordination with the sales team
• Must have a two-wheeler for field commuting
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting tools is a plus

Experience:

• 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales preferred
• Experience in Packaging / FMCG / B2B Sales will be an advantage
• Freshers with strong communication and sales attitude can also apply
