Job Description

Role Overview:

Responsible for driving solar product sales through field activities, dealer network development, and customer relationship management. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing channel partners, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for solar products (rooftop solar, solar panels, inverters, EPC solutions).

Identify new customers in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

Conduct field visits and meetings with potential clients to generate business.

2. Channel Partner / Dealer Management

Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.

Maintain strong relationships with installers, contractors, and retailers.

Provide sales support and product training to partners.

3. Market Expansion

Identify new market opportunities and expand company presence in the assigned territory.

Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.

Plan promotional activities and local marketing campaigns.

4. Customer Relationship Management

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solar solutions.

Coordinate with technical and installation teams for project execution.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

5. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Track sales pipeline and follow up on leads.

Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and finance.
