Job Description
- Assemble hydraulic power packs, cylinders, manifolds, valves, pumps, motors, and accessories.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, hydraulic circuit diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Fit and align hydraulic components accurately.
- Install hydraulic hoses, tubes, fittings, and pipelines.
- Perform pressure testing and leak testing of hydraulic systems.
- Inspect components for dimensional accuracy and quality compliance.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic system faults and perform necessary repairs.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calliper’s, micrometres, pressure gauges, and dial indicators.
- Maintain cleanliness of hydraulic components to prevent contamination.
- Follow safety procedures and use PPE while working.
- Coordinate with welding, machining, and quality departments during manufacturing processes.
- Record assembly, testing, and maintenance reports.
