About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for our social media, website, digital marketing campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and company branding.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of modern design trends, social media creatives, branding, and digital marketing. Experience in B2B, technology, manufacturing, robotics, AI, or industrial companies will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Create creative and professional designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

* Design social media posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, promotional creatives, and campaign materials.

* Create graphics for digital marketing campaigns and lead-generation campaigns.

* Design company presentations, brochures, catalogues, company profiles, and marketing materials.

* Create visual content for Weneura Futuretech, Maya OS, robotics, AI, automation, and other products/services.

* Maintain consistency in brand identity, colours, typography, layouts, and visual style.

* Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and convert ideas into attractive designs.

* Create creatives for product launches, events, exhibitions, offers, announcements, and corporate communication.

* Edit and enhance product images, photographs, and other visual assets.

* Create basic motion graphics, reels, animations, and video thumbnails when required.

* Research current design and social media trends and apply relevant ideas to company content.

* Manage multiple design tasks and deliver work within deadlines.

* Maintain an organised library of creative assets and source files.

Required Skills

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

* Knowledge of Canva and other modern design tools.

* Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is preferred.

* Good understanding of social media design and digital marketing creatives.

* Strong understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

* Creative thinking and attention to detail.

* Ability to understand briefs and independently develop creative concepts.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:

* Adobe Premiere Pro

* Adobe After Effects

* Figma

* Motion Graphics

* Reels & Short-form Video Editing

* AI-based design tools

* Product photography/video editing

* B2B/industrial/technology marketing
