Graphic Designer

#1 Vinayak InfoSoft - SEO Company Ahmedabad looking for a creative Social Media Graphic Designer to own our visual presence across all digital platforms. In this role, you won't just design eye-catching assets—you will also schedule and post content, track visual performance, and ensure our brand voice stays consistent, fresh, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Visual Assets: Create high-quality, brand-aligned visual content for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and TikTok, including static posts, carousel graphics, infographics, story templates, and short-form video/motion graphics (Reels/Shorts).
• Content Publishing: Format, upload, and publish/schedule daily graphic content using social media management tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain strict brand guidelines across all social channels while adapting design styles to fit platform trends and format requirements.
• Trend & Format Optimization: Stay ahead of social media trends, viral design styles, and platform algorithm changes to optimize graphic formats, aspect ratios, and visual hooks.
• Collaboration: Partner with marketing and copywriting teams to transform concepts, captions, and campaign briefs into engaging visual stories.
• Performance Tracking: Review post performance analytics alongside the marketing team to understand which visual styles drive the highest engagement and refine future designs accordingly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, specifically tailored for social media.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative social media assets, carousel posts, and short video/motion work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) and/or Canva.
• Hands-on experience with social media publishing platforms and native app posting.
• Solid understanding of typography, grid layouts, color theory, and platform-specific dimensions/specs.
• Basic copywriting skills and strong attention to detail for proofreading visual text.

Preferred Skills

• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills.
• Experience with photo editing and retouching.
• Familiarity with AI design tools to speed up ideation.
