Graphic Designer

We are seeking an innovative, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to spearhead visual storytelling across digital and print mediums. In this role, you will take charge of crafting impactful brand identities, performance marketing assets, and engaging social content that drives audience engagement and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

· Visual & Campaign Design: Conceptualize and produce top-tier visuals for social media, digital advertising, websites, pitch decks, and print collateral.

· Branding & Collateral: Develop end-to-end brand guidelines, corporate brochures, and business presentation decks.

· Social & Performance Creatives: Design high-converting ad visuals, interactive carousels, and thumb-stopping cover graphics.

· Team Collaboration: Work in close synergy with content strategists, video editors, and campaign managers.

· Quality & Mentorship: Ensure absolute brand consistency across projects and guide junior team members to maintain high creative output.

· Tool Innovation: Leverage modern design methodologies and AI-assisted workflows to drive speed and creative exploration.

Skills & Requirements

· Core Software: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

· Digital Tools: High proficiency in Figma and advanced Canva.

· Modern Workflows: Working knowledge of AI-driven creative tools.

· Good to Have: Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals.

· Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven design experience across diverse brands or industries.

· Mandatory: A strong, comprehensive portfolio showcasing branding and digital marketing executions.
