Job Description
- Design static ad creatives and social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Adapt creatives according to different platform and placement specifications.
- Create landing page visuals, presentation graphics, and basic print/event collateral.
- Maintain reusable design templates and organised source files.
- Edit reels, customer testimonials, founder/team videos, and explainer videos.
- Create motion graphics, animated text, captions, logo animations, transitions, and animated explainers.
- Handle sound levelling, subtitling, colour correction, and final video exports.
- Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing of campaigns.
- Modify creatives based on campaign performance and feedback.
- Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines and financial advertising requirements.
- Convert campaign briefs and content ideas into ready-to-use creative assets within timelines.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and professional visual communication across all creatives.
- Manage creative files, versions, and templates systematically.
- Collaborate with the performance marketer and content lead on creative requirements.
