Responsibilities

 1. Program Planning

• Develop program plans in alignment with the organization's strategic direction.
• Create and manage program timelines, and budgets.
• Identify program dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.

2.   Program Execution and Monitoring:

• Work with cross-functional teams to execute program, ensuring adherence to quality and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Conduct regular program reviews, status updates, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
• Allocate and manage budget effectively to achieve program objectives.

3.   Stakeholder Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and external partners.
• Conduct regular meetings and communication channels to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
• Negotiate and manage expectations of stakeholders regarding project scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

Experience 

• 15+ years of experience
• Proven experience as a Program Manager in managing complex projects from initiation to successful completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
