Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Handle and manage home loan leads provided by the company
- Coordinate with customers for required loan documentation
- Verify and collect KYC, income, property, and banking documents
- Prepare loan files and maintain proper documentation records
- Follow up with bankers and financial institutions for case processing
- Coordinate from loan application stage till final disbursement
- Update customers regarding loan status and pending requirements
- Ensure timely submission and smooth processing of loan files
- Maintain good relationships with banks, DSAs, and customers
