Job Description

Staff Management: Assign daily cleaning tasks, create shift schedules, and arrange replacement workers during absences.

Quality Inspections: Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to verify they meet cleanliness standards.

Training and Orientation: Teach new and existing staff proper cleaning techniques, safety rules, and customer service protocols.

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of cleaning chemicals, tools, and linens, and order new supplies as needed.

Guest Relations: Handle customer complaints or special requests and coordinate room statuses with the front desk.

Maintenance Reporting: Identify broken fixtures or facility damage and report them directly to the maintenance team
