HR Admin Executive

Human Resources:

•         Recruitment process – job posting, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.

           •         Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.

           •         Onboarding and exit formalities.

           •         Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.

           •         Manage attendance, leave records, monthly salary sheet, fuel reimbursement

sheet and coordinate with accounts for payroll processing.

           •         Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

           •         Handle employee queries related to HR and maintain confidentiality.

           •         Employee engagement activities and internal communications.

Administration:

           •         Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.

           •         Handle facility management, housekeeping, and office maintenance activities.

           •         Support travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for staff.

           •         Maintain records of company assets and ensure proper usage.

•         Assist management in administrative reporting and compliance

documentation.
