• Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Employee on boarding and documentation.
• Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
• Attendance and leave management.
• Coordination with different departments for manpower requirements.
• Assisting in HR policies, employee engagement, and administrative activities.
• Eligibility Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment and administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn will be preferred.
